I am a Spanish-qualified lawyer (Abogado) specialised in international inheritance law and probate proceedings involving Spain, with a strong focus on Cross-border estates.

I practice primarily from Düsseldorf, advising non-resident clients from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, while maintaining a second office in Mallorca, my place of origin and a key jurisdiction for international estates involving Spanish real estate.

At the heart of my work is Probate in Spain with a foreign element: assisting heirs, forced heirs (legitimarios) and future testators who are not resident in Spain but hold assets there, most commonly real estate forming part of the estate, and who seek legal certainty either when settling an inheritance or when planning the future transfer of assets to the next generation from a German–Spanish legal perspective.
